In July, a major court case was ruled on and i covered it for UncoverDC. The ATF at Joe Biden’s direction (and executive order) created an illegal rule that violated the Administrative Procedures Act, abused the ATF’s authority under Chevron Deference legal doctrine and illegally rewrote the gun control act of 1968. This was the crown jewel in Joe Biden’s signature three gun control measures: the regulation and nearly total ban on so-called “ghost guns”, home made firearms.
